Visa Support Services
Before arriving in Israel: contacting a representative office that will accept all necessary documents from the patient and their accompanying persons and process a visa without the patient’s physical presence at the embassy.
Express Airport Service
Arrival in Israel – meet and greet at the aircraft, seamless passage through passport control, baggage claim, security and customs clearance. Departure from Israel – seamless passage through security, passport control and customs, ticket and luggage check-in and registration. Escort through the VIP lounge and transfer to the aircraft.
Russian-Speaking Specialist Accompaniment
Accompaniment of each patient by a personal coordinator throughout the entire period of stay in Israel. The coordinator provides the patient with all necessary information about the medical program and serves as a translator and interpreter during meetings with medical specialists. For all consultations, examinations, and procedures conducted in Hebrew, you will receive a Russian translation. Upon completion of your medical program, you will receive: • Reports from each specialist consultation; • Reports and images from all diagnostic studies; • Results of all laboratory tests. All of the above documentation is provided in three languages: Russian, English, and Hebrew. This allows you to submit them for consultation in any country in the world.
In Case of Required Hospitalization
The patient is provided with a private room with dedicated nursing staff of the highest qualifications. The room is equipped with a personal telephone, television, shower, and toilet, as well as a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea. An accompanying person is provided with a bed in the patient’s room and three meals a day at no additional charge.
Currency Exchange
Carried out at the bank exchange rate of the dollar on the day of exchange for treatment in Israel.
Flight Date Change Services
If the patient requests a change of departure date, the patient provides tickets and passport to the coordinator who arranges the date change with the airline. In case of ticket cost changes, the patient covers the difference.
Visa Extension Services
If the patient needs to extend their stay in Israel, the coordinator handles all paperwork with the Ministry of Interior, without the patient’s physical presence at the Ministry.
Mobile Phone Service
Providing the patient and accompanying person with mobile phone service with an Israeli number: • with a prepaid card; • SIM card with an Israeli number (for the patient’s mobile device); • Card with a call volume of $38.
