In a vast number of cases, while establishing histological diagnoses in oncology, pathologists deal with undifferentiated young tumor cells, when even extensive work experience does not allow accurate identification of the tumor type. Then immunohistochemical methods come to the pathologists' aid, capable of establishing an accurate histological diagnosis based on receptors on tumor cells.

When choosing between chemotherapy and surgery, the correct approach is indicated by a special oncotest, which is performed on tumor tissue and allows not only to determine the correct treatment but also to accurately predict the choice of chemotherapeutic drug protocol.
